I’ve always had a passion for helping others and seeing the growth and accomplishments of others. While in college, a coworker of mine became ill and needed time off. I can recall the manager asking personal medical questions and the employee ultimately not receiving the assistance needed.

At that moment I was determined to specialize in Human Resources and to do my part in assuring that no employee went without help but to also be aware of the laws and protocols management should follow

I am a person that stands in truth and honesty. I’ve been on both sides of Human Resources being the employer and the employee and I’ve witnessed qualified individuals miss opportunities for the simplest things. I want to help individuals gain meaningful employment and development of excellent working relationships. Knowing that I helped someone achieve their goals is a major highlight for me.
